I am not a native of Lubbock, nor even of Texas. I was born and raised in Greenfield, Indiana, spent a couple of years living in Glasgow, Scotland, and then landed in Lubbock where I've been ever since. Have a look!

Thanks! Today is (was!) red nose day in the UK. It happens in odd-numbered years, and is a major fundraiser for Comic Relief. This particular red nose is from 1999. They have a new style every time, but I haven't been there to collect them all!

Belfast DP had a rednose post.

I only watched a little this year, but I hear today that the red noses themselves were banned from one place where filming was taking place because they were deemed a "fire hazard"!
