This new pharmacy opened in our neighbourhood last week.
I am not a native of Lubbock, nor even of Texas. I was born and raised in Greenfield, Indiana, spent a couple of years living in Glasgow, Scotland, and then landed in Lubbock where I've been ever since. Have a look!

Ah, yes! And this Goliath of pharmacies in our state of MN is helping to destroy the small merchant in the corner drug. Sigh! Progress can be so cruel!
Yes, it seems to be that way pretty much everywhere. We didn't even have a CVS in town until about a year or so ago... then they replaced all the Eckards, then closed them all and built bigger stores-- and I, too, preferred the smaller ones.
