I am not a native of Lubbock, nor even of Texas. I was born and raised in Greenfield, Indiana, spent a couple of years living in Glasgow, Scotland, and then landed in Lubbock where I've been ever since. Have a look!

Is it an ice house or a water dispenser building? It is a nice photo.

Cute...what do they serve?
Water. The ice house is behind it, actually-- kind of one-stop shopping. :)
That's an entrepreneur for you. A twist on the Lemonade stand :)

They are a chain, actually, although I don't know how widely they distribute. We used to get our water from them, and then we decided it was dumb to pay for water twice. The tap water here is not wonderful, but if you serve it cold it's okay.
