This is an old hotel in downtown Lubbock. It has been used for office space in recent years, though most recently it hasn't been used at all. A developer (or whatever you call them) in town has bought the building and is remodeling it into apartments that no ordinary person will ever be able to afford.
I am not a native of Lubbock, nor even of Texas. I was born and raised in Greenfield, Indiana, spent a couple of years living in Glasgow, Scotland, and then landed in Lubbock where I've been ever since. Have a look!

I love the traffic light detail.
Thanks! Even after living here all these years, I still think the traffic lights look a bit silly going sideways instead of up and down!
